Independence & Integrity

• No pay-to-play: brands cannot buy coverage, influence scores, or secure favorable placement.
• Procurement: we prefer retail purchases. When samples are provided, we log custody and apply identical methods.
• Firewalls: editorial staff do not accept gifts that could bias coverage. Any unavoidable conflict is disclosed.

Sourcing & Evidence

• We cite manufacturer specs, standards (e.g., snow/wind ratings), and primary research.
• Field data (datalogs, photos, videos) is archived with timestamps and conditions.
• When evidence is limited, we mark claims as preliminary and assign lower confidence.

Reviews & Recommendations

• Every recommended kit includes a transparent Four Seasons Score breakdown (Durability, Efficiency, Assembly, Safety) and confidence band.
• We highlight tradeoffs (e.g., thicker glazing vs. ventilation headroom) and publish realistic assembly time ranges.
• We provide climate- and crop-specific guidance, favoring passive-first strategies before active systems.

Corrections & Updates

• If we make an error, we correct it promptly and note the change with a date stamp.
• Significant updates (design revisions, safety notices) trigger re-evaluation and may alter scores.

Community Contributions

• We welcome field reports with weather logs, site photos, and maintenance notes. Submissions must be your own work and include permission to publish.
• We may edit for clarity and length without changing meaning. We credit contributors when requested.
